Programming

We are thrilled to be able to welcome back in-person tech support and a new PC class for our Senior Computer Center!

In-person One-On-One Tech Support:
For in-person tech support with David, Paul or Joe for PC/Android and Jean, Arlene or Weibo for Apple Support appointments are required. This is in order to make the best use of your time and to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Please make an appointment by filling out this appointment form here. If you are having trouble making an appointment, please call us at 831-420-6180 and we can assist. If there are no options left, select "No options left" and we'll reach out if there are any cancelations or for first-choice options for the next month

Joe Bentley will offer PC/Android Support on select Mondays, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Arlene will offer Apple Support on Wednesdays, from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Jean Brubeck will be offering Apple Support on Thursdays, from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm.

David Copp will offer PC/Android Support on Thursdays, from 11:30 - 2:30 pm.

Paul will offer PC/Android Support on Fridays, from 11:30 pm - 2:30 pm.

Weibo will offer Apple & PC/Android Support on Fridays, from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

On-going Zoom classes are:

Alan & Ernie will offer Building iPad & Photography Skills on Thursday, June 1, 15 & 29, from 2:30 - 4 pm via Zoom only. Join Ernie & Alan to learn more about what you can do with your iPad, storing and editing photos on the iPad, and photography in general. Carolyn Wardrip will be offering iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch Discoveries on Tuesday, June 13 & 27, from 2:30 - 4 pm via Zoom only. This will be a participation group. Each time we meet on Zoom, those who join, including Carolyn Wardrip, will bring a good experience or a frustrating experience with one of the devices.​ We will celebrate and learn from the good experience and try to reduce the frustrations and solve the problems, when possible. PC Problems and Solutions
Wednesday, June 14, 2pm - 4pm

This class will explore common computer problems and solutions -- crashing, slowness, not doing what you want. Who's the boss? You or your computer? Take back control and make it behave for a change.
Bring your problems to class and don't forget your computer.
